Hurry up fall!

I’m ready to start this fall semester! There’s so much to be excited about. I have my GA ship, the MBJ, gymnastics, and my fitness classes. My schedule is a little overwhelming, but totally worth it. My goal this semester is to stay on top of things and be super orgnaizaed. In addition to that I also want to run in the St. Jude Half Marathon, finish with a 3.5 gpa (bc I have too!), and gain some good clips at the MBJ. And then once winter comes I will be ready for an amazing getaway. The getaway is a gift to myself or rather motivation.

Erica: I love YOGA! I can't believe it has taken me so long to discover how great this practice is... Mary @ the French teaches an awesome class. I always leave her class sore for a few days :)
So far, in just two weeks of practice, I have improved my backbend! I can now lift my arms up (one at a time) while in the bend.
